I designed and built this family home on an infill lot using ICF and traditional construction techniques.    This unique house had to be designed to fit on to a pie shaped lot, creating a distinct custom home. 

We took a 1,000 sf  single family detached home and tripled it’s living space to create three separate units. Once again we are responsible for the design through to the completion.

Once again I had to work within the constraints on the Zoning By-Laws to redesign this unique cottage that literately overhangs the waters edge...

Most contractors would have bulldozed this house, but they would have lost it forever.  Zoning only allowed for the home to be rebuilt on the existing foundation or not at all...

This was a complete make over that combined the classic elements of this turn of the century home with modern amenities.  We took this project from the initial design stages and saw it through.
