Starting in 2008, I have decided to solely specialize in Residential Consulting.This includes working with government officials, trades, builders and contractors, on your behalf, to make your house a home; without problems.
Warranty Inspections:
- I will work on your behalf to ensure that the Builder does it right. I will fight for the home owners rights!
- I will attend the PDI with you to protect your rights under the Ontario New Home Warranty Act.
- I will help you to develop the 30 day, year end and, or 2nd year lists and help you to make sure the Builder follows through with his obligations.
- Don’t have the time? Let me develop the warranty lists and submit them to Tarion and it will save you money too!
- Email me your Information and Date of Possession and I will send you reminders of critical dates to help you with Warranty Deadlines, NO CHARGE!
Home Inspections:

- I help you to get it in writing, even if it is a cash job.
- I will stand behind the warranty of any job that I oversee from the beginning, even if your Contractor will not.
