on your behalf, to make your house a home; without problems.
Warranty Inspections:
- I will work on your behalf to ensure that the Builder does it right. I will fight for the home owners rights!
- I will attend the PDI with you to protect your rights under the Ontario New Home Warranty Act.
- I will help you to develop the 30 day, year end and, or 2nd year lists and help you to make sure the Builder follows through with his obligations.
